Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

Delivery Time

Singapore: 1-3 business days via own fleet delivery or courier.

International (if applicable): 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs clearance.

Shipping Costs (Singapore)

Bicycles: Flat fee of SGD 20 per order.

Free bicycle delivery for orders above SGD 400.

Accessories & Parts: Flat fee of SGD 5 per order, or free delivery above SGD 100.

Tracking

A tracking number will be emailed once the order has been shipped.
